Cyderes is hiring a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of critical cybersecurity initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering projects that meet strategic business objectives and client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle for cybersecurity engagements, from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clear updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project performance metrics and report on progress against goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a project management role, with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.
- Expert proficiency with standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate project challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
- Experience managing projects within the cybersecurity, IT services, or managed security services sector.
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks and technologies.
- Experience managing projects for enterprise-level clients.
