In this role, you will serve as a key technical liaison, supporting the integration of advanced platforms into developer workflows and helping shape the future of telco innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to developer teams and partners, solving integration challenges and promoting best practices in the telecom space
- Demonstrate high-impact solutions using core computing and AI technologies, showcasing real-world applications within developer pipelines
- Develop and recommend technical resources—including sample code, implementation guides, and demo environments—that support effective adoption
- Support startups and partners through onboarding, enabling successful integration with technology programs and fostering collaborative development
- Monitor and analyze the developer ecosystem to uncover growth areas and inform strategic direction
- Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to align developer outreach with business and technical goals
- Engage technical leaders and engineering decision-makers at partner organizations to understand objectives and drive successful deployments
- Channel partner feedback to internal product and engineering teams, influencing roadmaps based on real-world implementation insights
Qualifications
- Proven technical and strategic experience in developer relations or technical advocacy, especially within telecommunications
- Ability to guide developers and partners through complex technical integrations and problem-solving scenarios
- Experience building or advising on technical enablement tools such as code samples, documentation, and demonstration systems
- Track record of working across engineering, product, and marketing functions to advance platform adoption
- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent technical feedback effectively to internal teams
