Visual Ventures is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the Gate Review process for our Interactive Entertainment Games Group (IEGG) portfolio. You'll be the central point for coordination, ensuring timely decisions and clear communication across all project stages.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end Gate Review process across the IEGG’s games portfolio, ensuring smooth coordination and in-time decision making.
- Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Track and monitor projects and provide visibility on overall pipeline/portfolio health.
- Maintain the Development Pipeline Management tool; help improve usability and accuracy of project tracking.
- Build and maintain the Gate Review documentation center, while creating and managing related documents to ensure accessibility, consistency, and clarity across teams.
- Identify pain points or inefficiencies in the Gate Review workflow and contribute to initiatives that enhance the process.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to facilitate collaborations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, with ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in the gaming or tech industry.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence).
