Responsibilities
- Oversees end-to-end execution of significant engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints
- Applies advanced engineering methodologies within a specialized technical domain
- Identifies and proposes engineering initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Utilizes CAE software including Solidworks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, EES, CFD, and FEA for design and analysis
- Establishes and maintains engineering standards, offering expert guidance on technical challenges
- Translates complex technical information for cross-functional business teams
- Conducts detailed cost analysis and prepares comprehensive budget reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and initiative in resolving technical challenges
- Experience developing systems and documentation to meet quality and contractual requirements
- Capable of leading project meetings and reporting project status to stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
