About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
- Prepare detailed cost forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure data accuracy across project control systems
- Collaborate with project managers to align schedules with milestones
- Track project expenditures and compare against budget baselines
- Support change management processes with quantitative analysis
- Develop and maintain project dashboards for executive review
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Assist in the creation of baseline project control plans
- Perform earned value analysis to measure project performance
- Coordinate with subcontractors to gather progress updates
- Validate schedule updates for consistency and logic
- Produce monthly project status reports
- Maintain version control of project schedules and documents
- Train team members on project controls tools and procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal project control standards
- Facilitate control-related discussions during project meetings
- Integrate cost and schedule data for comprehensive reporting
- Support project closeout with final performance summaries
- Use Microsoft Excel and other tools for data analysis
- Apply construction sequencing knowledge to schedule modeling
- Identify opportunities to improve control processes
- Work closely with estimating and field operations teams
- Maintain confidentiality of project financial data
