Responsibilities
- Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging audio and video formats
- Produce short-form clips that capture key moments and drive distribution on TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Enhance content with color correction, motion graphics, audio leveling, and creative cuts
- Maintain file structures, asset libraries, and delivery timelines across a growing volume of content
- Collaborate with the creative team to shape show flow, visuals, and pacing
- Monitor metrics like watch time, CTR, and audience retention to iterate on format
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for everything we publish—visually and sonically
- Support marketing efforts with video assets tailored to campaign goals
- Optimize workflows and templates to increase editing efficiency
