JLL is looking for a Senior Programs Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, drive innovation, and ensure consistent standards across Stripe's global real estate portfolio. You will serve as a key strategic leader within JLL's service delivery team, leading cross-functional programs focused on continuous improvement and best practice implementation.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement global service delivery programs and initiatives across Stripe's portfolio.
Lead standardization efforts to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency worldwide.
Design and oversee the implementation of global technology solutions that enhance workplace experience.
Establish program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting structures.
Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global programs to local requirements and cultural contexts.
Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new programs and processes.
Identify opportunities for service delivery innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in facilities management or corporate real estate.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-region programs or initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
Experience with program governance and performance measurement frameworks.
Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and implementation strategies.
Strong project management skills with a relevant certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2).
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience in the technology industry or similar fast-paced corporate environments.
Background in workplace strategy, experience design, or facilities innovation.
Knowledge of facilities management systems and workplace technologies.
Experience implementing integrated facilities management programs.
Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
G-Suite proficiency.
