Role OverviewAs a Senior Program Specialist, you will drive the integration of advanced technologies within high-priority defense and interagency operations. Your work will focus on transforming complex technical capabilities into practical, mission-enhancing solutions across joint, coalition, and partner-nation environments. This position requires a U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and experience operating in secure, mission-driven settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level guidance on technical, operational, and intelligence matters to support the adoption of emerging technologies within DoD and interagency frameworks.
- Operationalize advanced analytics including graph databases, RDF data models, AI/ML workflows, geospatial systems, and automated data pipelines to enhance decision-making and mission outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end planning and deployment of technology integrations for real-world operations, joint exercises, and cross-agency initiatives.
- Formulate and present a forward-looking technology strategy to senior military staff, academic collaborators, and international partners, aligned with evolving mission requirements.
- Design and present system architecture briefings, platform demonstrations, and implementation roadmaps for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Conduct operational briefings and post-mission debriefs covering technology performance, risk management, and lessons learned.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans to ensure timely execution of technology initiatives in alignment with mission goals.
- Provide on-call expertise during military exercises and operational events to ensure optimal use of integrated systems.
- Coach and advise senior military and civilian decision-makers on technology modernization, integration strategies, and long-term sustainability.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure interoperability, scalability, and long-term viability of enterprise technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Must hold or be eligible for TS/SCI security clearance.
- Master’s degree in a technical, data, engineering, or management-related field; or at least 11 years of progressive experience supporting DoD or interagency missions.
- Proven track record in adopting and applying emerging technologies in operational contexts.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for senior audiences.
- Hands-on experience with graph stores, RDF triples, AI/ML models, data enrichment systems, and geospatial intelligence platforms.
- Experience advising in joint, interagency, or multinational operational settings.
- Background in supporting military exercise cycles, including planning, execution, and after-action review.
- Skilled in developing system architectures, implementation strategies, and product demonstrations.
- Strong communication skills with a history of briefing senior leaders across government and partner organizations.
- Capable of thriving in fast-moving, high-stakes environments while balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, particularly in integrating and visualizing geospatial data for operational use.
Technology Environment
The role leverages cutting-edge tools including graph databases, RDF data frameworks, location-based intelligence systems, machine learning pipelines, geospatial platforms, and enterprise data integration architectures. Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise is advantageous.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with primary duties based in Doral, FL, and regular onsite presence required at U.S. Government facilities, including U.S. SOUTHCOM (J26) and other federal sites. Flexibility to support mission needs at government locations is essential.
