Cushman & Wakefield Global is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Projects to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance organizational priorities. This role requires a project leader who can blend analytical rigor with exceptional interpersonal capability to build trust, navigate dynamics, and deliver results.
What You'll Do
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to drive business success and maintain alignment.
- Influence decision-making through clear communication, insight, and data.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, financials, and KPIs.
- Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate creation and management of project documentation like charters, business cases, and budget reports.
- Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Navigate internal politics with discretion, mediating conflicts and aligning competing interests.
- Translate complex issues into clear, actionable communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders by providing insights and surfacing risks early.
- Foster collaboration across business units, promoting community building and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project and program risks; implement contingency plans.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Publish and present status updates, performance metrics, and portfolio-level summaries.
- Aggregate data from multiple projects into a cohesive portfolio view.
- Mentor and support Project Managers, Analysts, and cross-functional team members.
- Lead and support organizational change management efforts for successful adoption of outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, process improvement, and use of business technology solutions.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness across diverse working styles.
- Maintain confidentiality, act with integrity, and model the organization’s values.
- Support broader Deployment and Enablement initiatives to advance organizational capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of progressive Project Management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Proven ability to navigate organizational politics with tact, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capability.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- High degree of organization, attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Customer-service orientation and a continuous-improvement mindset.
