What You'll Do
- Develop program scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Identify, analyze, and overcome potential program risks and threats.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes.
- Work with cross-functional teams including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage project escalations and help assemble project teams.
- Produce program reports for managers and stakeholders, communicating development progress to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery.
- Expertise in developing program scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.
- Strong risk management skills with the ability to identify and mitigate threats.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and propose viable solutions.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
