Scalepex is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects for a top client launching new initiatives in 2025. This fully remote role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Developing the program's scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline
- Ensuring that the program is delivered on time and within budget
- Identifying potential risks and threats
- Analyzing and overcoming risks and threats
- Maintaining open communication with stakeholders
- Regularly updating stakeholders on the program's progress, risks, and changes
- Working with cross-functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Managing project escalations
- Helping to assemble project teams
- Producing program reports for managers and stakeholders
- Communicating development progress to senior managers
