Thomson Reuters is hiring a Senior Program Manager, FLE & Civilian

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex contracts and ensuring high-quality delivery of new and existing contracts in the Federal Law Enforcement and Civilian Territory.
  • Supporting Law Enforcement and Civilian clients working to advance national security.
  • Managing day-to-day customer needs and interactions (e.g., client kickoffs, regular status meetings, trainings).
  • Supporting diverse teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance.
  • Providing input on executive level reports delivered to the clients.
  • Facilitating discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.
  • Organizing and coordinating program objectives.
  • Serving as the integrator for clients and the TRSS team by fully understanding client missions and leveraging TRSS solutions effectively.
  • Leading important projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
  • Ensuring complex deals get implemented successfully.
  • Serving as an extension of Sales, Analysis, and Product/Tech teams on the ground; identifying opportunities to funnel back to Territory Lead/Business Development Directors, Analysis, and Product teams.
  • Understanding Finance, Legal, Contracting, and Security requirements, and knowing when and how to communicate effectively to optimally manage processes.
  • Working across the business to prepare quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for select projects, capturing major success stories, customer challenges, and future opportunities.
  • Ensuring key metrics are tracked, such as delivery and retention.
  • Following the direction of the Managing Director in prioritizing efforts.
  • Collaborating closely with Technical Managers and Analysis teams to problem-solve optimal solutions.

  • Hybrid role located in Washington, D.C. Applicants must be local to the Washington, D.C. area.
  • Ability to travel to sales training, meetings, and customer locations.
  • Ability to attend client meetings in person on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
