About the Role

Thomson Reuters is hiring a Senior Program Manager to manage complex contracts and ensure high-quality delivery for our Federal Law Enforcement and Civilian clients. You will serve as the critical integrator between clients and internal teams, leading key projects and business initiatives to directly support vital client missions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex contracts end-to-end, providing a holistic customer experience.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of new and existing contracts within the Federal Law Enforcement and Civilian territory.
  • Support Law Enforcement and Civilian clients working to advance national security.
  • Manage day-to-day customer needs, including client kickoffs, regular status meetings, and trainings.
  • Support diverse internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery of capabilities and services.
  • Provide input on executive-level reports delivered to clients.
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.
  • Organize and coordinate program objectives.
  • Serve as the integrator by understanding client missions and leveraging Thomson Reuters solutions.
  • Lead important projects, programs, and business initiatives with creativity and ingenuity.
  • Ensure complex deals are implemented successfully.
  • Act as an extension of Sales, Analysis, and Product/Tech teams on the ground, identifying opportunities to funnel back internally.
  • Understand Finance, Legal, Contracting, and Security requirements and communicate effectively to manage processes.
  • Work across the business to prepare quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for select projects.
  • Track key metrics such as delivery and retention.
  • Follow the Managing Director's direction in prioritizing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Managers and Analysis teams to problem-solve optimal solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • 7+ years of experience working in Program Management.
  • Experience with managing projects.
  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and solve problems quickly.
  • Ability to translate client intelligence requirements and needs into program management outcomes.
  • Team player with the ability to designate groups toward common client goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong business acumen, superior organizational skills, and the ability to follow through.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to attend client meetings in person on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Ability to travel to sales training, meetings, and customer locations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.

  • Strong familiarity with the broad suite of Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology.

Team & Environment

You will work within the Business Development organization and across the entire business, collaborating closely with Sales, Analysis, Product/Tech, Technical Managers, and Finance/Legal/Contracting/Security teams. You will report directly to the Managing Director.
