Perforce is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing Perforce solutions for our enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployments and providing expert technical guidance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Perforce software for customer engagements.
- Provide expert-level consulting and best practice guidance to ensure customer success and adoption.
- Design and deliver custom integration and automation solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, troubleshooting complex issues and managing project delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations for enterprise clients.
- Strong background in version control, DevOps toolchains, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and navigate ambiguous requirements.
