Great American Risk Solutions is recruiting a Senior Production Underwriter for the Binding Authority team. The ideal candidate will analyze, underwrite, and manage Property and Casualty risk portfolios through selected Managing General Agents. This professional will handle non-admitted general liability, property, and inland marine accounts across West Coast and Midwest regions. Based on background, potential team leadership responsibilities may apply. Position allows 100% remote work within the United States with up to 25% travel. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include strategically developing underwriting plans, maintaining external agent relationships, providing leadership and technical guidance, managing performance, monitoring portfolio composition, implementing risk selection protocols, participating in product development, conducting agent interactions, and representing the division in various meetings. Job Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Risk Management, or related field, minimum 5 years underwriting experience in general liability and property, surplus lines Contract Binding Authority expertise preferred, professional designation progression, excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and willingness to travel.
