Scopely is hiring a Senior Production Manager

About the Role

Scopely is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead a team of seven producers within Flamed, our in-house creative agency. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative marketing assets for mobile games, with a focus on MONOPOLY GO!, by owning production strategy, forecasting, and on-time, on-budget execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own production strategy and alignment, connecting ideation and execution streams between creative, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Empower discipline leads (3D, video, static, localisation) to unblock work and maintain a steady production flow.
  • Demonstrate clear ownership and accountability, delivering creative assets on time, within budget, to a high level of quality.
  • Coordinate specific IP teams with transversal teams to ensure resource balance and timely delivery.
  • Establish clear ownership for feedback loops, dependencies, and delivery readiness at every stage.
  • Transform campaign and creative strategies into actionable production plans.
  • Manage fast, structured intake of requests and ensure smooth transition from concept to delivery.
  • Maintain agility to adapt priorities while keeping high quality and competitiveness within budget.
  • Partner with Creative Leads and Campaign Managers to define project scope, complexity tiers, and delivery milestones.
  • Validate readiness for production, ensuring clarity in briefs, specs, and approvals before kickoff.
  • Identify future needs in upcoming IPs with unique artistic or technical challenges.
  • Lead forecasting across tools, talent, and budgets to ensure future scalability.
  • Align internal and external production resources strategically with marketing priorities.
  • Build visibility into capacity and workload to prevent bottlenecks and burnout.
  • Partner with operations and creative leadership to shape hiring, vendors, and training strategies.
  • Standardize and scale proven workflows and best practices across IPs and teams.
  • Track capacity, timelines, and performance transparently through project management tools.
  • Drive automation of low-value or repetitive tasks to free creative time.
  • Define clear 'ready for production' criteria and ensure compliance at intake.
  • Continuously refine workflows through retrospectives and quarterly reviews.
  • Leverage AI to speed up production pipelines and improve asset management.
  • Create reports and dashboards that visualise production data clearly to drive decisions and insights.
  • Manage vendor strategies and relationships to ensure cost efficiency, effective communication, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee asset accessibility and storage across internal systems.
  • Allocate production resources to high-impact strategic bets and new launches.
  • Build mentorship and cross-training opportunities within production clusters.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in creative production, marketing operations, or related project management roles.
  • Strong experience in Production agencies, advertising or creative services.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and creative projects.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate, committed and humble.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative production teams (internal and external).
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflows, asset pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Asana.
