Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of over 80 creatives, developers, and production experts with strong local guidance.
- Promote a work environment rooted in trust, motivation, and ongoing professional growth.
- Set and uphold high-quality benchmarks for creative and production work originating from the Mexico hub, meeting international client demands.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing individuals across design, development, and production roles.
- Design structured career development and skills advancement programs to future-proof the workforce.
- Lead local engagement efforts, optimize team resourcing, and sustain an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Strengthen collaboration and cultural cohesion between U.S. and Mexico teams for seamless project execution.
- Instill a commercially focused mindset across the hub to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Contribute to global client pitches and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Guide the Mexico City office in building scalable business opportunities using generative AI as a strategic differentiator.
- Lead the transition from conventional production methods to an AI-first, automated operational model.
- Serve as the main advocate and expert user of the internal generative AI tool, Pencil.
- Ensure Pencil’s functionalities are embedded into everyday workflows across the hub.
- Support the team through organizational and technical changes tied to AI adoption using empathy, clear communication, and ongoing training.
- Evaluate outdated processes and redesign streamlined workflows using Pencil to scale content output and reduce delays.
- Apply AI-powered real-time creative methods to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to share local insights, suggest improvements, and report use cases for the Pencil platform.
