Humana is looking for a Senior Product Owner to define and convey product vision to an Agile delivery team. You will maximize product value by managing the backlog, liaising with stakeholders, and serving as the team's primary decision-maker.
What You'll Do
- Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team.
- Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
- Maximize the value of the product created by the Agile team.
- Liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
- Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
- Influence the department’s strategy.
- Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in encounter data, system migrations, or technical operations.
- 3 or more years work on agile development team as a product owner.
- 2 or more years working on user acceptance testing.
- Experience working with ADO or Jira align.
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated problems solving skills; ability to give direction and make sound business decisions.
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering presentations to senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Background in a healthcare environment.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management.

- Compensation: $94,900 - $130,500 per year
