Juniper Square, a company dedicated to unlocking the potential of private markets through digitization, is hiring a Senior Product Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our most strategic and complex customers, serving as a trusted advisor on data migration, mapping, and system optimization while driving internal process innovation.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and their project teams.
- Guide customers through strategic decisions about their data and system configurations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve onboarding workflows, tools, and product features.
- Elevate team performance through mentorship, training, and best practice development.
- Partner with customers to plan and execute migration of existing data to Juniper Square.
- Lead customer calls, manage timelines, and coordinate work across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding delivery.
- Review, analyze, interpret, and transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
- Advise enterprise customers on optimal data structures, considering both immediate onboarding needs and long-term platform performance.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk onboarding challenges.
- Own and drive process improvements, tool enhancements, and documentation updates to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach other onboarding team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in fields leveraging complex financial data, such as investment banking, management consulting, or private markets operations.
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, with experience managing and manipulating complex datasets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide customer decisions, including at the executive level.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with scripting languages and data management tools like SQL, Python, or R.
- Knowledge of private equity, real estate, or other alternative investment structures.
- Experience mentoring or leading others, formally or informally.

- U.S. base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $135,000. Canadian base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role open to candidates in 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England.
