About the Role

Rithum is looking for a Senior Product Marketer to serve as the voice of the buyer for our Brands and Retailer Marketing Solutions. You will own the strategy and execution for positioning, messaging, and major product launches to drive business growth and positive client outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Define positioning, go-to-market messaging, and launch plans for Rithum's platforms to unlock value for retailers and contribute to growth goals.
  • Develop clear differentiation against competitive options and create plans for distributing these assets internally and externally.
  • Perform detailed market opportunity analysis, including market research, segmentation, buyer personas, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive product launches by co-developing launch plans and managing cross-functional implementation.
  • Create impactful marketing collateral including sales presentations, product data sheets, web content, webinars, and blog posts.
  • Develop and maintain internal sales tools that communicate competitive differentiators and positioning strategies.
  • Contribute to growth marketing efforts by delivering product content for programs that drive demand.
  • Understand market dynamics and play a leading role in sharing this knowledge through regular enablement sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in ecommerce tech, retail tech, data integration, enterprise software, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Ability to distill complex topics into value propositions and concepts that resonate with the core buyer persona.
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, and differentiation from the buyer’s perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create a full product marketing bill of materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
  • The ability to work autonomously across internal stakeholders and influence others.
  • Proven success working with product management to support product strategy and launches.
  • A demonstrated history of partnering with sales to drive pipelines and increase win rates.
  • A sharp eye for detail and proven operational skills.
  • Ability to work standard business hours (8am - 5pm Central or East Coast Time).

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in retail media or technical advertising; experience at a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry, B2B/B2C Commerce, Marketplaces, Dropship, and Third Party (3P) retailing.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, ecommerce, and retail supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of networked, two-sided business models and data integration value propositions.
  • Experience working in product marketing roles at scaled tech companies.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with sales, revenue management, product, marketing, and client success teams.
