OLX Group seeks a Senior Product Manager - Seller Offering (Real Estate) to shape the future of our property marketplace. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for seller-facing features, enhancing the experience for millions of users listing their properties.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Real Estate Seller Offering.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, through delivery, to post-launch analysis.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify seller pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to build and launch impactful features.
- Set clear success metrics and use data to measure feature performance and guide iterative improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products, driving growth, and improving user experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams.
- Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or real estate technology is highly relevant.
