Jobgether is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics to own the strategy and development of products that help organizations transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will define the vision, collaborate directly with customers, and partner with teams across the company to deliver impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for reporting and analytics products, aligning with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to deeply understand reporting, analytics, and data visualization requirements, translating them into actionable product solutions.
- Partner with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to design, build, and launch products.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, prioritizing features effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting solutions, communicating vision and value internally and externally.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on reporting, analytics, or BI products.
- Strong technical knowledge of data technologies, including SQL, databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools.
- Proven ability to engage with customers to define requirements, identify desired outcomes, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and familiarity with Clickhouse or other columnar databases.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices; experience with IDP technologies and document automation.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $117,000–$136,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
