EX Squared is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and lead execution for our team. You will define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering to build and deliver products that meet user needs.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and user discovery to identify opportunities and validate ideas.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value and user impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in Estonia.
