EX Squared is hiring a Remote Product Manager to own and drive our recruiting-focused product initiatives. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision and strategy for recruiting-related products.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on market research and user feedback.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure product goals are met.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on features.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within recruiting, HR tech, or a related domain.
- Strong ability to translate business needs and user pain points into clear product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Latvia. You will be working within a global team.
