About the Role
This role focuses on shaping and executing the strategy for product-led growth, with ownership over key metrics such as conversion, time-to-value, and user engagement. The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and refine self-serve product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for features that support organic user growth
- Identify friction points in the user journey and lead efforts to streamline onboarding
- Use data to uncover opportunities for improving trial-to-paid conversion
- Collaborate with design to create intuitive, low-touch user experiences
- Work with engineering to prioritize development tasks that enhance product scalability
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to user activation and retention
- Partner with marketing to align product messaging with user behavior
- Conduct user research to understand needs and pain points in self-serve workflows
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate product improvements
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer success strategies
- Translate market insights into actionable product requirements
- Manage end-to-end delivery of product features from concept to launch
- Communicate progress and roadblocks to cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate third-party tools that support growth infrastructure
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all product decisions
- Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
- Drive adoption of new features through in-product guidance
- Optimize pricing and packaging strategies based on user behavior
- Support sales with insights derived from product usage data
- Foster a culture of experimentation within the product team
