Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for a new set of software experiences and related platform capabilities
- Define user experiences that span connected devices, mobile apps, and supporting platform services
- Partner closely with design and engineering to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and improve features across iOS and Android
- Translate product strategy into clear product requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks
- Work closely with privacy and platform teams to ensure experiences meet high standards for trust, safety, and reliability
- Navigate technical constraints across hardware, embedded software, mobile clients, and backend systems to create simple member experiences
- Develop a strong point of view on where Oura can expand into new technology-enabled experiences over time
- Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with 7+ years in consumer software or connected device products
- Strong experience building products that rely on coordination between hardware, software, and cloud services
- Demonstrated success creating intuitive user experiences in areas with meaningful privacy, trust, or policy constraints
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with mobile, backend, embedded, and platform engineers
- Experience leading 0 to 1 or early-stage product initiatives from concept through launch
- Proven ability to make high-quality product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- A strong track record of collaborating effectively across design, engineering, data, and other cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
- Passion for consumer technology and curiosity about how new technologies can unlock meaningful everyday value for members
Nice to Have
- Experience with wearables, consumer electronics, identity, access, or other high-trust digital product areas
- Familiarity with privacy-sensitive user experiences and systems that require careful coordination across hardware and software surfaces
- Experience building products that require close coordination across firmware, mobile, and platform layers

- US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area
- While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions
