About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic (Senior) Product Manager for our Middleware and Integrations domain who’s passionate about delivering world-class user and partner experiences. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of forwarder-focused products that help our customers integrate deeply with cargo.one and leverage our infrastructure and content to drive efficiency and win more business. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and development roadmap for a suite of middleware and integration products.
- Gain in-depth insight into user needs by collaborating with go-to-market teams and supporting sales efforts to identify optimal solutions for prospects and customers.
- Establish key performance indicators and partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and support functions.
- Increase product adoption and expand annual contract value through impactful product decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to influence and refine overall product strategy.
- Deliver high-impact features that serve both enterprise and small-to-medium business customers.
