Renew Home is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Enrollment to join our mission of changing how we power the world. You will lead the Enrollment Experiences product area, a key investment for scaling our Virtual Power Plant across North America. This role is central to creating the product roadmap and executing initiatives that drive company growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead product strategy and execution for Enrollment Experiences to scale the Virtual Power Plant.
- Define and own the product roadmap, balancing optimization of existing flows with new partner and program enrollment experiences.
- Drive high-impact, high-visibility initiatives that directly support company growth and partner success.
- Collaborate closely with and mentor a supporting Product Manager to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, product marketing, business development, and sales.
- Prioritize product decisions based on customer insights, partner needs, business impact, and scalability.
- Align enrollment strategies across VPP programs and referral partnerships to streamline user onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships.
- Experience managing B2B2C product discovery, roadmaps, and execution.
- Desire to be part of a fast-moving culture with ambitious goals.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the energy space.
- Engineering and/or design background.
- Experience designing and delivering OOBE or sign up experiences with high user counts.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Director of Consumer Product. This role involves guiding and working closely with a supporting PM within a fully-remote team.

- Salary range: $170k - $215k.
