Nearform is looking for a Senior Product Manager on a Fixed-Term Contract to be the strategic visionary for complex digital products. You will translate business strategy into execution, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive the entire product lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute that strategy with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features.
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.
- Plan and carry out product launches, including MVPs and phased releases.
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product, competitors, technical innovations, and market.
- Support a SaaS platform and third-party integrations.
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
- Write requirements as epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Define and adhere to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
- Support grooming and refinement ceremonies in collaboration with Tech Leads.
- Identify, document, and communicate risks, changes, or delays promptly.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with client teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of commercial experience delivering at a senior level, specializing in product ownership and management.
- Hands-on experience delivering products in an agile environment, collaborating directly with engineers and designers.
- Experience with early-stage products, new product development, and product modernization from discovery to MVP launch.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders from various levels and areas of an organization to drive successful roadmaps and releases.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
- The ability to define and lead product discovery workshops to define customer journeys and deliver tangible roadmaps.
- Understanding of product analytics, KPIs/OKRs, and test and learn methodologies like A/B testing.
- A focus on business outcomes, not just tactical outputs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
