StubHub is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Fintech to join our team. You will be embedded within the Tax team to build strategy, optimize efficiency, and manage the development of innovative technologies for our financial infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Define the product roadmap and prioritization for the Tax Team within broader organizational strategies.
- Drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products, features, and tools.
- Rapidly learn the intricacies of a cross-border, multi-currency, flexible e-commerce marketplace.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts to deliver an ambitious roadmap.
- Develop and monitor success metrics and instill an insight-led, analytical approach.
- Formulate clear, data-driven business cases, write specifications, and manage project execution.
- Build products and solutions to enable fast, risk-free growth while remaining compliant.
- Understand and foster a culture balancing risk reduction with speed.
- Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and develop action plans.
- Maximize efficiency in a fast-paced, fluid environment where creative solutions are the norm.
- Adopt an experimental methodology, mindset, and rigor to achieve objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management or closely equivalent experience.
- Experience in finance technology, in-house ledger systems, or accounting.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple business organizations and stakeholders.
- Ability to influence outside your area of direct control and negotiate optimal solutions.
- Ability to break down complex systems and processes for clear communication.
- Ability to analyze data to evaluate platform behavior using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and/or Tableau.
- Methodical and patient, able to sequence change to ensure minimal risk.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
