LaunchDarkly seeks a Senior Product Manager for our Experimentation team to define the future of how product teams measure feature success. You will be responsible for customer research, strategic planning, and roadmap delivery for a platform at the intersection of developer tools, analytics, and experimentation.
What You'll Do
- Own market and customer research, product strategy, and roadmap for Experimentation ownership areas.
- Engage deeply with customers to identify opportunities, translating insights into feature projects and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver exceptional customer experiences that create business value.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including writing PRDs, scoping, pricing, planning, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Experimentation customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams to define Go-To-Market plans for experimentation features.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product experience, especially with developer tools, data, analytics, or experimentation products.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing B2B products to market.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
- Experience running online experiments to inform decisions for features and products.
- Passion for data and a deep understanding of how customers use and interact with data products.
Nice to Have
- Experience building experimentation platforms for internal or external customers.
- Experience working on a Growth team with a culture of experimentation.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Zone 1 (SF/Bay Area or NYC): $167,000 - $229,000. Zone 2 (Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle): $150,000 - $206,000. Zone 3 (All other US locations): $141,000 - $195,000. + equity via Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
