Responsibilities
- Product strategy: Own market/customer research, product strategy, and product roadmap for your experimentation ownership areas. Develop opinions on how to win both now and in the future.
- Customer discovery: Engage deeply with customers to identify opportunities and needs. Translate these insights into actionable feature projects and long term strategy.
- Product development: Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver exceptional customer experiences that deliver business value.
- Project leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product builds, including writing PRDs, scoping, pricing, planning, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in partnership with your Engineer and Design partners.
- Customer relationships: Act as a primary point of contact for our Experimentation customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance to our customers.
- End-to-end ownership: Partner with marketing and cross functional teams including sales, customer success and support teams, to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for experimentation features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience especially with developer tools, data, analytics, or experimentation products.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market in B2B market.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
- Passion for data and a deep understanding of how customers use and interact with data products.
