Dandy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Design Systems to lead the strategy and development of our doctor-facing Design Interface. This high-impact, technical role focuses on bridging the gap between internal CAD software and a seamless experience for the dentist, building the future of Collaborative CAD.
What You'll Do
- Define the roadmap for our doctor-facing Design product, evolving internal design software into an intuitive, doctor-friendly interface.
- Deeply understand internal design workflows to identify which 'levers' of the CAD process should be exposed to doctors.
- Serve as connective tissue between CAD Engineering, ML, UX Design, and Manufacturing to ensure 'what the doctor sees is what gets printed.'
- Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions and identify innovation opportunities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, in a highly agile and collaborative environment.
- Use data and qualitative insights to measure impact, communicate results, and continuously refine product direction.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations.
- Ability to translate a complex, internal-only technical tool into a simplified, powerful experience for a non-technical expert.
- Understanding of the constraints and possibilities of rendering 3D assets in a web or app environment.
- Thrive in hyper-growth environments and comfortable moving from high-level strategy to detailed specs quickly.
- Clinical empathy and obsession with the end-user, wanting to spend time in dental offices to understand doctor interaction with digital restoratives.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience taking an internal tool and successfully productizing it for external customers.
- Previous experience in Dental, MedTech, or sophisticated 'Pro-sumer' creative tools.
- Technical background as a software engineer or deep understanding of ML model deployment.
