Heartbeat Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Data and Analytics to drive the strategy and execution of our data platform and analytics products. You'll be instrumental in shaping how we leverage data to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics capabilities.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful data products.
Translate complex data needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
Prioritize features and investments to maximize value for both internal stakeholders and external users.
Establish key metrics and success criteria to measure the performance and adoption of data products.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data platforms, analytics, or business intelligence products.
Proven track record of shipping complex data products from conception to launch.
Deep understanding of data ecosystems, including data warehousing, pipelines, governance, and visualization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
