About the Role
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key components of the Cyberbank Core platform, working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for core banking capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and execute development tasks
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data
- Work with UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces
- Coordinate with compliance and risk teams during product development
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple product initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align on priorities and progress
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product features
- Drive adoption of new features through internal and external training
- Maintain a backlog of product enhancements and technical improvements
- Evaluate third-party integrations for core banking functionality
- Ensure product scalability and reliability under high transaction volume
- Lead sprint planning and product review sessions
- Document product requirements and decision rationale
- Identify and mitigate product risks early in development cycle
- Partner with data teams to implement analytics and reporting tools
- Advocate for customer needs across internal departments
- Stay current with trends in digital banking and financial technology
- Optimize onboarding flows for financial institutions and end users
- Balance innovation with regulatory constraints in product design
