KOHO is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Credit to shape our lending and credit products. Reporting to the VP of Product, this is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of a fast-growing portfolio, influence leadership strategy, and deliver products that make a tangible difference in our users’ financial lives.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve KOHO’s lending and credit products, focusing on driving growth, optimizing performance, and improving user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements, process improvements, and market differentiation.
- Champion experimentation and A/B testing to optimize features, pricing, and engagement strategies.
- Ensure lending products deliver consistent user value while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards.
- Act as a strategic leader, bringing clarity, prioritization, and momentum to lending initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced product manager with 3+ years and a proven track record of scaling and optimizing consumer products.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Systematic approach to building scalable systems and processes for sustainable product growth.
- Results-driven with a bias for iteration and improvement that drives meaningful business outcomes.
- Data-informed, using insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
- Clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around strategy and execution.
- Owner accountable for product success and motivated to deliver exceptional results for users and the business.

- Experience with lending products such as personal loans or credit cards is a strong asset.
