About the Role
Lead the development and execution of product strategy for the contact center, aligning customer needs with business goals through data-driven decisions and close partnership across teams.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for contact center platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable solutions
- Identify customer pain points through research and analytics
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess product effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement of agent tools and customer workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance contact center capabilities
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to maintain project momentum
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
- Communicate product updates to internal teams and leadership
- Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
- Support user testing and gather feedback for iterative design
