Kaufland e-commerce is hiring a Senior Product Manager (all genders) to lead the product strategy for organizing and enriching product data. In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap in a complex tech, seller, and consumer environment, leveraging technologies like AI to drive innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for organizing and enriching product data in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Design robust and scalable product data structures that reflect user behavior and business logic to improve product discoverability, relevance, and findability.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, aligning engineering, design, data science, and other stakeholders around a shared vision and execution approach.
- Identify and quantify business opportunities by developing a deep understanding of growth levers, turning data and insights into actionable product intelligence.
- Translate user and stakeholder insights into clear product requirements and prioritization decisions, balancing business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Leverage emerging technologies like AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance product classification, semantic understanding, and product data quality at scale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively identify areas for product innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in digital product management or related disciplines, ideally 5 years or more, with proven user and business impact.
- Highly data-literate and outcome-driven, knowing how to form the right hypotheses, ask the right questions, and validate them with data.
- Strong affinity for AI and LLMs and understanding of how to leverage them to unlock new product opportunities and drive innovation.
- Strong written and oral communicator, able to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Strong growth mindset, aiming for scalable, high-impact solutions that take us beyond incremental improvements.
- Willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team.

- Experience in areas like product categorization, taxonomy, or comparable disciplines.
