About the Role
Lead product development from concept to launch, driving roadmap planning, user research, and feature prioritization to improve an academic resource platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable features
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for core platform components
- Prioritize backlog items based on user impact and technical feasibility
- Work closely with data analysts to measure product performance
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new features
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape in edtech
- Ensure alignment between UX design and product objectives
- Drive adoption of new features through internal and external training
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration
- Support customer support teams with product expertise
- Facilitate sprint planning and product review sessions
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategy accordingly
- Document product requirements and specifications
- Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
- Champion user-centered design principles across teams
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS platforms
- Background in curriculum development or academic publishing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Knowledge of machine learning applications in education
- Experience with international user bases
- Product certifications such as CSPO or Pragmatic Institute
