Welltech is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product vision, strategy, and execution for one of three product squads. You will lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to new users and driving long-term subscription growth.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for your squad, aligning it with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Define and prioritize product hypotheses based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum) to manage product development and iterate on features.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Run a lot of A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance user experience.
- Base all product decisions on data.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Actively engage with product communities to bring external insights into the product.
- Focus on creating and optimizing value for subscription-based users to drive long-term usage retention and LTV growth.
- Test and discover new ways to improve user experience.
What We're Looking For

- Strong ability to create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Expertise in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research.
- Demonstrated skill in prioritizing work based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Proficiency in analyzing product data, user behavior, and running A/B tests.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying product vision to stakeholders.
- Experience focusing on subscription-based user value, retention, and LTV growth.
