About the Role
This position leads core product initiatives in a health technology environment, focusing on delivering intuitive, scalable solutions through close collaboration with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for key health technology platforms
- Define clear roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide development timelines
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
- Translate market insights into actionable feature requirements
- Prioritize product backlog based on impact and feasibility
- Coordinate across design, engineering, and data teams
- Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Drive user-centered design principles in feature development
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards
- Support go-to-market planning in collaboration with marketing
- Evaluate competitive landscape to inform positioning
- Facilitate sprint planning and product review sessions
- Champion customer needs within internal discussions
- Develop success criteria for new features
- Conduct A/B testing to validate product hypotheses
- Maintain documentation for product decisions and workflows
- Mentor junior product team members
- Respond to evolving regulatory requirements in health tech
- Align product initiatives with long-term company vision
- Balance technical constraints with user expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business, health informatics, or related area
- Experience with AI-driven health applications
- Familiarity with clinical workflows or provider systems
- Product certifications such as CSPO or SAFe
- Background in regulated software environments
- Knowledge of FHIR or health data interoperability standards

- Track record in remote patient monitoring or digital therapeutics
