Shape the future of legal technology by leading product strategy for the US market from the ground up. In this role, you’ll act as the critical link between US commercial operations and our London-based Product and AI teams, ensuring that American legal workflows are accurately reflected in our core platform. Your work will directly influence how our AI engine understands and supports real-world legal processes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery, translating complex US legal requirements into functional, scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to build high-impact features, moving beyond predefined specs to uncover deeper user needs
- Establish feedback loops with customers through interviews, workshops, and data analysis to guide roadmap decisions
- Develop and maintain processes that ensure continuous learning and rapid iteration
- Work with leadership to define long-term vision, align priorities, and communicate progress across teams
- Stabilize and scale existing marketplace channels before expanding into broader strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering products in fast-paced environments, particularly for US audiences
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding system architecture, even if not coding yourself
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on precision and execution
- Deep familiarity with modern product development methodologies and discovery practices
- A mindset oriented toward user empathy, experimentation, and continuous improvement
