Binance is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead product initiatives across the APAC region. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering significant value to our global user base.

What You'll Do

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities and validate concepts
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
Define, analyze, and report on key product metrics to measure success and guide future development
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution
Prioritize features and trade-offs based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in technology companies
Strong experience leading the end-to-end product development cycle for consumer-facing products
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Deep understanding of user-centric design and development principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industry
Experience working on global products with a diverse, international user base
Background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)

Work Mode

This role is based in the APAC region. You can be located in Taiwan (Taipei), Indonesia (Jakarta), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), or Thailand (Bangkok).
