Binance is hiring a Senior P2P Product Manager to define and execute the product vision for our peer-to-peer trading platform. You will join the Product & Design department, focusing on building a seamless, secure, and efficient P2P experience for users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the P2P product line.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on P2P, fintech, or crypto products.
- Strong ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and a prioritized roadmap.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and user behaviors in peer-to-peer trading.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Taipei.
