Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy for customer and internal workflows related to applying for and processing regulated financial products
- Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data from customers to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Partner with engineering and design teams to define, prototype, and launch new application features
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to convert regulatory mandates into practical, operational processes
- Continuously refine the customer journey with balanced focus on usability and regulatory adherence
- Ensure all lending practices meet Fair Lending standards such as ECOA and FHA, and support integrations using MISMO data protocols
- Validate product changes through data-driven experimentation including A/B testing, phased releases, and behavioral analysis
- Develop and manage performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, track user behavior, and generate insights
- Share data-backed findings and strategic recommendations with stakeholders across departments, including executive leadership
