Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution and delivery. You’ll collaborate with a Product Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to design intuitive, scalable product experiences for manufacturers and buyers on our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for features and enhancements within your Product Area.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research throughout discovery, design, and delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design Lead and partners.
- Ensure designs align with Xometry’s design system, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Support engineering handoff by providing clear specifications and design documentation.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and changing priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in agile product teams.
- Solid skills in Figma and modern design systems and workflows.
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.
- Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints.
Nice to Have
- Experience with complex workflows, marketplaces, or B2B products.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Exposure to user research or data-informed design.

You’ll be part of the Product Design team, supporting one of the core Product Areas. You’ll work closely with a Product Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
