The Senior Product Designer will work within a dedicated Product Area team, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to build user-centered digital experiences. This individual contributor role emphasizes hands-on design execution, collaboration, and delivering polished, usable solutions that support both manufacturers and buyers on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and improvements
- Turn product goals and user needs into clear, functional design solutions
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams during discovery, design, and development phases
- Engage in design reviews and apply feedback from the Design Lead and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency with the design system, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Refine designs based on user feedback, technical limitations, and shifting priorities
- Support engineering teams with clear design specifications and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design for digital platforms
- A portfolio showcasing strong UX, interaction, and visual design capabilities
- Proven experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineers in agile environments
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with modern design systems and component-based workflows
- Ability to articulate design rationale and adapt based on feedback
