Jobgether is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design strategy and execution for internal products that support healthcare providers in delivering safe, high-quality care. You will tackle intricate workflows within integrated systems, translating complex problems into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for internal products, from vision and strategy to research, ideation, UX architecture, interaction design, and polished visual design.
- Translate business goals into clear, elegant, and usable experiences for healthcare providers and other internal users.
- Contribute to and evolve the internal design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to human-centered design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, and Legal, to ensure designs meet functional, operational, and compliance requirements.
- Use data-driven decision-making and qualitative research to validate design solutions and improve user experiences.
- Present design rationale and variations to stakeholders, influencing team decisions and promoting design excellence across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping end-to-end products across complex workflows and edge cases.
- Proven experience contributing to and scaling a design system.
- Ability to balance high-level product strategy with attention to detailed design execution.
- Experience designing for knowledge worker tasks, such as EMR systems, insurance claims processing, or complex corporate workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.
- Skilled in presenting design variations and providing evidence-based rationale for design decisions.
- Passion for user research, usability testing, and understanding user needs.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and design critique skills.
- Growth mindset and a desire to learn, be mentored, and continuously improve design skills.
