Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design initiatives for our B2B SaaS platform across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from discovery research through to high-fidelity delivery, ensuring solutions balance user, business, and technical needs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct the entire design process: research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Explore user needs through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Facilitate team alignment through workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Create user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
- Produce mockups and interactive prototypes, refined through iterative user testing.
- Contribute to the design system while ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms and screen sizes.
- Develop strong user empathy and transform insights into concrete design opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a product designer role, ideally in a B2B/B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience.
- Complete mastery of the design thinking process and associated methodologies.
- Strong skills in user research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting.
- Advanced skills in visual design and interfaces.
- Mastery of Figma and its features, particularly AutoLayout.
- Ability to develop deep empathy with users to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing and self-organizing effectively.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Knowledge of Vibecoding is a plus.
