Sierra Studio is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create AI products that are easy to use, beautiful, and push boundaries. You'll help chart the course into the future as the company evolves its technology, product, and design paradigms. As an early employee, you'll also be part of creating the company culture.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the overall design and product direction of clients' products.
- Design and ship high-quality products, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Work closely with clients and the team's engineers and product managers.
- Conduct user research to better understand customer needs.
- Help to shape the design culture and grow the team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing software products.
- Portfolio showcasing strong critical thinking and UX/UI skills.
- Excellent taste in products and deep curiosity to understand customer pain points.
- Ability to think through ambiguous design problems and shape them into a clear vision.
- Impactful communication and storytelling skills.
- Excitement about defining how AI products should look and behave.
Nice to Have
- Frontend engineering skills (e.g. TypeScript, React).
- Experience designing AI products.
