Peak Reservations is seeking a Senior Product Designer & Product Manager to shape how restaurants and diners experience our reservation platform. As the design partner to the founder, you'll play a hands-on role in defining product direction, creating high-quality designs, and collaborating closely with engineering to ship impactful features.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the founder on product strategy and direction.
- Create production-ready designs in Figma using a systematized approach with components, design tokens, and documentation.
- Work closely with engineering to scope features, cut scope when needed, and make smart trade-offs.
- Ship designs across responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Rigorously define problems with customers to identify opportunities and desired outcomes.
- Investigate solution paths, question assumptions, and define boundaries for complex problems.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating range, depth, and real product thinking.
- Experience operating as a product designer, not just a visual designer, including talking to users, running research, and making scope calls.
- Expertise in Figma, thinking in components, auto-layout, and design tokens.
- Experience designing for consumer products where craft and delight are essential.
- Ability to partner with engineering, understanding technical constraints and having real conversations about trade-offs.
- Comfort working with a founder who has strong opinions and wants to be deeply involved in product decisions.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well async in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at companies known for design excellence.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or booking/marketplace products.

Team & Environment
You'll join a small, remote team of ~10 people and report directly to the founder. Our culture is built on redefining reservations as tickets to unique experiences, built by hospitality experts for hospitality experts. We are a high-craft, small team focused on outsized impact and building something people actually enjoy using.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary range: $225,000 – $275,000
