FlutterFlow is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of its FlutterFlow Designer, a generative design canvas at the intersection of great design and modern AI. You will own the end-to-end design of this experience, defining how users direct, refine, and iterate on AI-generated screens while helping to define the product direction.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design for FlutterFlow Designer: flows, interactions, visual language, and micro-moments.
Define how users direct, refine, and iterate on AI-generated screens to make the generative loop feel natural.
Collaborate tightly with engineering to ensure shipped work matches intent and occasionally jump into front-end code.
Synthesize user research, usage data, and product instincts into a coherent, evolving design vision.
Help build the design system for FlutterFlow Designer and the broader FlutterFlow ecosystem.
Stay close to the frontier of new interaction patterns, emerging AI capabilities, and shifts in how people build.

What We're Looking For

A product designer who thinks like a builder with technical fluency; comfortable building interactions in code, reading pull requests, and pushing pixels.
Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals with a focus on how things work and what they enable.
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in null spaces where the right answer isn't obvious.
A thoughtful perspective on AI in creative tools, with opinions on where AI should help and give control.
Focus on shipping, caring about what makes it into the product, how it performs, and learning from usage.

Nice to Have

Experience working on tools, developer products, or platforms where the user is themselves a builder.
Comfortable working in Flutter or interested in designing directly in code.
