Longbridge Financial is looking for a Senior Product Designer for a contract-to-hire engagement. You will be responsible for designing intuitive experiences for our financial products, serving customers with clarity and empathy.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital financial products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of professional product design experience.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing for complex domains, preferably fintech or financial services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale.
Nice to Have
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Background in a startup or fast-paced, iterative product environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
