Jobgether is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the integration of AI-driven design into product development. You will transform how applications are conceived, developed, and experienced within the offensive security and SaaS landscape. This role combines hands-on design execution with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

Lead the strategic adoption of AI in design workflows to improve design-to-code productivity and development efficiency.
Collaborate with UX, product, and full-stack development teams to deliver seamless, customer-focused experiences.
Evaluate and integrate emerging generative design tools and AI-powered solutions to elevate product capabilities.
Mentor and coach other designers, fostering growth and adoption of AI-driven design practices.
Engage with internal and external UX communities to share knowledge and stay informed on best practices.
Drive tangible results through shipped products, experiments, and measurable productivity improvements.
Continuously optimize people, process, and technology workflows to accelerate design delivery and impact.

What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience with generative design tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or v0, applied to real-world design challenges.
Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven design-to-code efficiencies, innovative UX solutions, and tangible outcomes.
Experience designing and shipping complex products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex technical problem spaces into elegant design solutions.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork abilities to guide and influence design practices.
Comfortable challenging traditional design workflows and driving organizational change.
